GeC selects, initiates, manages and analyzes all aspects of agency or vendor activity. Clients then compare our services and performance to direct or brokered alternatives to determine the value added by GeC.

Potential clients may consider two simple methods of engaging GeC as an Agency Manager. First, a client can assign responsibility for a new request for proposal (RFP) to GeC, and we will be responsible for meeting or lowering their cost per metric relative to previous performance. Secondly, a client can assign a portion of an EXISTING program to utilize GeC as a "challenger" with existing outsourcing providers. Utilizing either process, we believe that GeC can provide higher value and ROI to our clients.
